1. Clean your feet and remove moisturizer. 2. Put on the mask and rest for 1 hour to 1.5 hours. 3. Remove the mask and wash your feet thoroughly. 4. Those dead skin cells are going to peel off after 4-6 days. |

How to Use:
- Clean your feet and dry thoroughly.
- Separate the foot pouches by cutting along the dotted line. Open the pouch containing the gel and pour the contents into the foot pouches. (Make sure the gel only covers the soles of your feet.)
- Secure the foot pouches with the attached adhesive and leave it on for 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Remove the foot pouches and rinse feet thoroughly with clean water until no residue is left.
- Dead skin on feet will start to peel off within 4 - 6 days after use. (To avoid injury, do not pull off dead skin manually.)
